14-Day Right to Cancel / Return
Customers have the right to cancel their order and return eligible products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened and returned in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare/cosmetic products cannot be returned unless faulty. Please contact us by email if you wish to make a return.

WE DO NOT REFUND POSTAGE COST OR PAY FOR RETURNS UNLESS THE WRONG PRODUCTS WAS SENT.
